The Sagada "Etag Festival" might have brought guests and tourists but wastes as well. So to deal with the problem, SaGGAs went to clean up all major tourist spots including the cave and for the first time, they cleaned the streets leading to the municipal office and the community court.
The boys lined up to pick the dirt at the road on the way to the Municipal Hall.
Inside the Cave, Joseph squeezed in to pick-up the slippers left by tourists.

Even Lake Danum which is 4 kms away from town hasn't been spared
Below, the boys installing a garbage bin at the mouth of the cave.

Some people think that SaGGAs being independent from the realms of the Municipal Government is not a legitimate guide organization, nothing do they know how legal and dedicated these guys are in shaping a better future for Sagada.

mukhang pamilyar yung slippers na naiwan hahaha!
everyone should be responsible enough to throw their garbage properly. LET'S SAVE OUR PLANET because it's the only place that we live in and we never know when MOTHER NATURE will strike back because of our carelessness...just a friendly reminder.:)
keep it up SaGGAS.. teach them (guest/locals)to be responsible.,
for guest: you go with your things, then you should leave with your garbage also..!!! specially the sanitary napkins.. act like a human.. not like a dog..!!
