Hello. When is this exactly? December 28, 2011?
I will join this for the first time. Will be arriving Sagada morning of Dec 28.
hirap mag chat sa chatroll..
my team joined the bonfire last dec. 28 but we left early. a little bit disappointed. una, may nasaktan sa group.... we asked SaGGAs kung saan pwedeng mag-stay ang grupo namin since 16 kami lahat at kung ung ginawa nilang upuan/table ay ok lang ba dun? YES daw! un pala di matibay ang pagkakagawa. worried kami na baka maputol ung kahoy nung una. pero di naman naputol kundi ung pagkakapako ang natanggal! sad to say kabilang ako sa nangangailangan ngayon ng check up kc masakit pa rin ang likod ko. another is ung food distribution... sana lang mas maging organize next year. Enjoy naman ang stay namin sa Sagada, nasira nga lang ang mood ng grupo dahil sa naranasan at nakita namin sa bonfire fest.thanks to kuya sotero, lester and john sa pag-guide sa grupo. sa 2012, babalik ako ng sagada with other group.... see you again mga sir.
hey guys! been there and joined the event together with my friends jojo, tracy, riza, floro and sir jun. i enjoyed the night though medyo magulo yung buffet dinner. super laugh trip when jojo danced together with the natives...visiting sagada is truly an awesome experience! babalik kami!!!!
Sana next year maging maayos na...Parang di worth ang binayad na Php 250 for the said event...
Nagkulang pa sa food and drinks...
Organizing this bonfire fest was a really good idea. One of the reasons why we went to Sagada is to immerse ourselves in the culture of the small town. Which is why upon seeing the Sagada bonfire advertisement, we decided to include it in our Sagada IT.
However, if SAGGA will not do something to improve the organization of this event, I am sure that those who have attended it will not, in any way, recommend it to others. why? when we were there, the people are already losing their tempers as well as their disciplines. wala nang pumipila ng maayos. nagsisiksikan at nagsisingitan na lahat. I saw children crying and they are asking their parents to just go home because they are starving. Pero wala, and the transpo will leave the venue starting 9pm pa. sayang din naman ung binayad namin kung hindi namin iintayin ung food. we do not have a choice but to wait.
anyways, nangyari na yun. i am not here to rant about it... i just want to make few suggestions and strategies on how to improve the event. I was thinking about it habang nakapila for food non.
first, i think, kaya mainit ang ulo ng mga tao ay dahil gutom na sila lahat. So next time, the food should already be served pagdating ng mga tao at 6pm. this way, maiiwasan ang sobrang dami ng tao sa pila dahil konti pa lang ang dumadating.
second, there are people with food restrictions. one of the person in our group is a Muslim and she wasn't able to eat because lahat ng food ay may halong pork. too bad. :(
in fairness, masarap yung food na sinerve nila nun. kahit simple lang ung mga food, they taste really good.
Please take my comments constructively because my only intention is to make the event better in the succeeding years.
thanks and more power to SAGGA.
mga tol next time mas maayos yan ha sayang ung kinita nyo ngaun kung d madagdagan next time harharhar at sana alang magugutom. or next time bring your food better pa kasi d kayang iaccomodate mga muslims kasi ang dish nyo d sha masarap pag alang pork.
