Pork – again, pork is a very important meat in Sagada because of the dictates of cultural tradition. Traditions cannot push through without the butchery of pigs. Pork is sold mostly during market days but is available frozen and cut at stores in the community.
Fish – this land lock community is constantly supplied by local vendors with fish meat. Through the Lizardo bus transit, the locals are able to be constantly supplied with this iron rich meat. There are times when lowland vendors climb Sagada to sell their fishery goods. Available frozen in Stores.
Beef – now this is shocker. There are so many cows roaming and grazing around the mountains of Sagada yet rarely do we see people selling beef or serving beef dishes in the restaurants.
.
Eggs – So far, eggs comes mostly from the lowland vendors. There are times when the poultry of Kilong produces eggs to be sold at the town.
