Written By (sagada genuine guides association inc). on Friday, January 4, 2008 | 9:50 PM

Did you think Sagada the SHANGRILA of the Philippines is limited to drinks and foods like fresh orange juice (Rock inn), yoghurts (Yoghurt house), pinikpikans (almost all restaurants) European dishes (Log Cabin),

You definitely would wanna try this!!!!!

The World Renowned Arabica Coffee. Grown in the temperate Climates of the world, and the Highest of its Class. ("yes its a known first class coffee").

Located 5,000 ft. above sea level, Sagada Arabica is locally produced by a joint community cooperative by the Fedilisan villagers.

If Starbucks got its Goat symbol responsible for the coffees discovery, the owners chose the name 18 DAYS COFFEE.

Based on Monks from the Himalayas who made their discovery of the Coffee in a span of 18 days.

Meet the Philippines version of STURBUCKS

Here, they serve lotsa coffee products such as cappuccinos, coffee cake (soon), coffee bread(soon) and more, coffeetceteraetcetera....

Although a coffee based establishment, they also serve food and accept early bookings of meals in which they do best.

18 DAYS COFFEE serves a wide variety of coffee blends including the "kinda expensive but rare blend" called the Coffee Alamid..

"anonymus" is right. It should have the ambiance of relaxation- the thing is it looks like a beer house. But the coffee has 2 be great for them not to spend so much no visual effects- the cost must all be in the coffee.. :) does that make sense?

You've got to experience that establishment first before agreeing with mr. anonymous back there.

am sure the owner had his/her own explanation about the color.. it still is a coffee shop.

Sobrang bait ng may-ari nito, si Melai. Lagi akong me discount at freshly roasted coffee ang binibigay sa akin, kaya ang bango lagi ng bag ko paguwi ng manila. :)

is it true that alamid coffee is "spiked" with weed? I have previously read of it. My companion wants to try it but is afraid of it being spiked, he has to take a drug test for work after every overseas travel and is scared that it will affect the results.
